Being part of a family business for 45 years is more than just a career — it’s a way of life.
It’s the kind of life that starts early in the morning and sometimes doesn’t end until long after the lights are off. It’s the kind of work where you don’t clock out at 5 p.m., because the business isn’t just what you do — it’s part of who you are.
When you work alongside family, every challenge and every success feels personal. You share the long hours, the late-night ideas, and the quiet pride that comes from building something together, one day at a time. Over the years, I’ve learned that success in a family business isn’t measured by sales figures or square footage — it’s measured by commitment, passion, and staying true to the values that started it all.
There are sacrifices, of course. There always are when you care deeply about what you’re building. But there’s also a unique reward — the pride of seeing what generations have built together, the joy of passing it on, and the satisfaction of knowing you’re part of something that will outlast you.
For me, that’s what this journey has always been about — building a legacy of integrity, hard work, and family. And after 45 years, I still wouldn’t trade it for anything else.
